TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1: DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Buyer” means the company or individual purchasing the good from the Seller.
1.2 “Goods” means the products of services provided by the Seller to the Buyer as described in the sales agreement.
1.3 “Sales Agreement” means the written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller detailing the goods to be provided, the price, and other related items.
1.4 “Seller” means the company or individual selling the goods to the Buyer.
2. AGREEMENT
2.1 These terms and conditions of sale (terms) apply to all sales of goods by the Seller to the Buyer and shall prevail over any conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer unless expressly agreed in writing by Seller.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 The price for the goods shall be as stated in the sales agreement.
3.2 Payment shall be made by the buyer upon checkout of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet the specified delivery date.
4.2 Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.
5. LIABILITY
5.1 The Sellers total liability for any loss of damage arising out of or in connection with the sale of goods shall be limited to the price of the goods.
5.2 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits.
5.3 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude the Sellars liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
6. DATA PRIVACY
6.1 Both parties shall comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
6.2 The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller may collect, use and store personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of filling the sales agreement.
6.3 The Seller shall take responsible steps to protect the personal data it holds from unauthorized access use or disclosure.
6.4 Neither party shall disclose to the third parties any personal data obtained from the other party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party except as required by law.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure is due top circumstances beyond its reasonable control including by not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or natural disasters.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York Delaware of England and Whales as specified in the sales agreement.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing law specified in the sales agreement.
9. AMEDMENTS
9.1 These terms may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
10.1 These terms together with the sales agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discissions negotiations and agreements.
11. SEVERABILITY
11.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
At JMPROSOL (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for products purchased through our website.
1. Eligibility Period
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your order (the “Return Window”). Any request made after this 30-day period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
2. Condition of Returned Items
We accept all returns within the 30-day Return Window with no exceptions except when the product itself shows excessive damage (beyond normal wear from trying the item). In cases of excessive damage, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and for choosing a shipping method with tracking. We do not reimburse original or return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to show the refund in your account.
5. Contact & Changes
This Refund and Return Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
